How the Referral Process Works
Virginia-Highland Hardwood Floors is a referral service. It does not perform flooring work. It connects homeowners with independent hardwood flooring contractors, who inspect, quote, contract and perform the work directly.
1. You describe the project
Use the estimate form to share your contact details, the property ZIP and address or neighborhood, the service, a description and your timing. Optional details such as square footage, wood type and past refinishing help the contractor prepare.
2. Coverage is checked
Coverage is limited to Virginia-Highland and Morningside-Lenox Park. ZIP codes 30306 and 30324 extend beyond those neighborhoods, so the address is checked before anything is promised.
3. Your request is shared with an independent contractor
Your request is shared with a relevant independent hardwood flooring contractor. This site connects homeowners with independent service contractors. It does not perform construction or flooring work, employ installers or supervise jobs.
4. The contractor quotes and contracts with you directly
The contractor contacts you, inspects the floor and gives their own quote and terms. Licensing, insurance, warranties, dust containment and scheduling are the contractor's to confirm. Ask them directly and get answers in writing.
