Who we are

Virginia-Highland Hardwood Floors is a referral service. It does not perform flooring work. It connects homeowners with independent hardwood flooring contractors, who inspect, quote, contract and perform the work directly.

Information we collect

When you request an estimate: name, phone, optional email, property ZIP, address or neighborhood, service requested, project description, timing and optional project details. We also record the page you first landed on, the referring site, campaign (UTM) parameters and a one-way hash of your network address for spam and rate limiting.

How it is shared

Your request is shared with a relevant independent hardwood flooring contractor so they can contact you about the project. It may pass through a customer management system (such as GoHighLevel) used to route requests. We do not sell your information.

Marketing

Marketing messages are sent only if you tick the separate optional consent box. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Analytics

Site analytics record events such as form submission and button taps, with service and area only. Personal details are not sent to analytics or placed in URLs.

Retention and your choices

Requests are kept as long as needed to route and follow up, then deleted or anonymized. To request access or deletion, use the contact form.
